What version of Flash player do I need to play?
Flash player 9.0.28.0 or higher is required to play. Check your Flash player or upgrade Flash player.

What's the best browser to use?
Any modern browser will do, but Firefox 3 is best. Download the latest version of Firefox.

The team picker won't load. What do I do?
Are you playing from an office? An office firewall often stops important data being sent. Or, the problem might be related to the speed of your internet connection.

Why is the countdown number on the game screen is so big?
Your computer clock is probably out of sync with the Picklive clock. On a Mac: Click the clock top right and then click "Open Date & Time". Then click "Set date & time automatically". Instructions for XP and Vista.

The game isn't working properly. What do I do?
While you are playing, look out for teams with an * after their name. Please email us at help@picklive.com and tell us which internet browser and computer you're using. We'll answer your email as soon as possible.

How do points work in Picklive?
When you play a 10 minute match, you get points depending on how well you do. The simple rule is this: The more people you're playing against, the more points you get. Points will be displayed at the end of each game. Points show up on the far right of the standings page.
